I spent over a decade in banking thinking I had it all figured out. Good career, clear path, all of it. Then life had other plans.

Our twins arrived and overnight we went from two kids to four, lost our childcare, and I had a decision to make.

I stepped away from my career. And somewhere in the middle of twin newborn chaos and 3am feeds, I felt that pull. You know the one.

So I started a business. Not because it was the smart, calculated move.

Because I needed something that could grow WITH my family instead of competing with it. I took everything I'd learned managing people, processes, and complexity in banking, and I started helping other entrepreneurs do the same thing in their businesses.

That was the beginning of all of this.
